Crazy Lemon Muffins

Ingredients
For 12 Pieces
- 200 g of sugar
- 4 eggs
- 200 g butter
- 2 teaspoons of baking soda
- 180 g flour type 550
- Juice of which 2 lemons
- 80 g of powdered sugar
Preparation
1. Stir frothy butter and sugar, stir in eggs. Mix the baking powder with flour and stir in as well. Add the lemon juice and turn everything into a smooth dough.
2. Fill the muffin molds to 2/3. Bake in preheated oven at 180 - 200° for about 20 minutes. Allow to cool and then cover with a glaze of powdered sugar and a little lemon juice.
